Our Projects

Based in central Christchurch, we’re excited to be part of Canterbury's recovery.

We have completed a number of new developments and refurbishments in progress that will offer retail, office and hospitality space.

The construction of the replacement Billen’s building at 177 High Street will commence early 2017. To complement the Mackenzie and Willis retail, hospo, and fashion precinct. It will offer boutique retail, office and hospitality adjoining the lanes.

Buildings that could be saved after the earthquakes are being fully strengthened and refurbished, combining their heritage aspects with the modern needs of today. A number of our buildings are heritage-listed and we have been awarded two Civic Trust Awards for our restoration work.

We are proud to see our recently completed projects successfully attracting tenants back into the central city.
