The Company formed in 2001 as an amalgamation of three family trusts by the three current directors.  The principal direction of the company is to purchase and hold good well located commercial property. 

The Company has undertaken many restoration projects of some of the buildings in the group.  The restoration of England Bros House saw the sons and daughters of the three directors working on the building throughout the restoration. The Company has a partnership philosophy with our tenants and create a win, win situation.  We have been instrumental in the business success of many of our tenants. We support several charities both in time and money; one of our directors Dean Marshall and wife Andrea devoted the entire 2007 year to do aid work in Africa.  The Company is ran and managed by KPI Rothschild Group Ltd.

The Company was formed in 2001 by the two current directors and is an amalgamation of the two family trusts into the Company as shareholders.  The Company’s principal purpose is to acquire and hold good well located commercial properties.  The Company has completed many projects and restorations of many of the buildings it owns. We have a partnership philosophy with our tenants and it is always our desire to create a win win situation.  We have in many cases assisted some of our tenants to become successful in business.  We assist several charities both in time and money. The Company is ran and managed by KPI Rothschild Ltd.

The Company was fomed in 2008 by the three current directors and holds four of our Christchurch properties, we support several charities that work with children and youth at risk.  The Company is ran and managed by KPI Rothschild Property Group Ltd.
