Welcome to the website of our group management company KPI Rothschild Property Group Ltd. The group is based in Christchurch in the England Bros House in High Street and is run by the two family shareholders.

We take pride in maintaining all of our properties to a high standard. A number of our buildings are heritage listed and have been fully restored to incorporate the modern needs of today; yet retaining the heritage fabric of the original building resulting in the companies being awarded two Civic Trust Awards.

We have re-invented most of our current spaces to be functional for their intended business use; enjoyable and fun to work in.  We have a strong partnership philosophy with our tenants and strive to create a win-win situation.  We have assisted many of our tenants into becoming successful in their businesses.

The groups three subsidiary companies own a mix of property in Christchurch, Timaru and Hanmer consisting of office, retail, cafes, bars, restaurants, apartments and industrial premises.

KPI Rothschild has been involved in assisting to sponsor several community projects and supports several charities such as; Operation India which works with homeless children, World Vison, Crossroads Youth With A Future Trust, Open Home Foundation, Rockfire Youth, The Salvation Army and Detour; they all work with children in need and who are at risk.
